North Forsyth tops Class 7A and are 8-0 on the season following its 72-37 victory over Lambert Tuesday. The Raiders will play at No. 2 West Forsyth Friday. Campbell, Grayson and Harrison fill out the top 5. In Class 6A, Kell is at the top with Lee County, Statesboro, Buford and Richmond Hill chasing.
Forest Park tops Class 5A and leads Woodward Academy, Griffin, Jackson-Atlanta and Union Grove in the top 5. Luella is the team to beat in Class 4A and leads Jefferson, Baldwin, Troup and Carver-Columbus in the top of the class. In Class 3A, Lumpkin County remains No. 1 and is ahead of Greater Atlanta Christian, Pierce County, Redan and Cross Creek.
Elbert County has a hold on Class 2A with Josey, Rabun County, Fannin County and Washington County chasing. Holy Innocents’ tops Class A Private ahead of Mount Paran, St. Francis, Hebron Christian and Galloway in the top 5. Montgomery County tops Class A Public and leads Mt. Zion-Carrol, Pelham, Claxton and Central-Talbotton.
