In 6A, only minor changes were made to the rankings. No. 4 Buford jumped ahead of Walton after a big win over 3A No. 3 Cherokee Bluff. Campbell moved up to No. 5 after a win over LaGrange and a penalty kick loss to 5A No. 2 Pope. The 5A rankings remained unchanged, as all teams met their preseason expectations.
In 4A, North Oconee claimed the No. 1 spot, jumping over Marist and Westminster after starting 2-0 with wins over Heritage-Conyers and 5A No. 7 Loganville. Northside-Columbus also moved up to No. 8, while LaGrange fell out of the rankings after an 0-3 start, replaced by Locust Grove.
In 3A, Lumpkin County climbed in the rankings due to losses by Whitewater and Northwest Whitfield. In 2A, Coahulla Creek moved up from No. 5 to No. 4 after a solid 3-1 start to the season. In Class A-Division I, East Laurens made a significant jump from No. 6 to No. 3 after a 3-1 win over Fitzgerald.
In A-Division II, Portal and Hawkinsville both moved ahead of Metter and Lincoln County, as the latter two teams started 0-2. Screven County debuted at No. 10 after knocking Johnson County out of the rankings with a dominant 10-0 win.
Class A-3A saw several changes at the lower end of the rankings. Holy Innocents moved up to No. 8, while Savannah Arts debuted at No. 9 after beating Savannah Country Day, which dropped to No. 10. Landmark Christian fell out of the rankings altogether.
