In Class AAAAAA, Northview and Etowah entered the rankings while replacing Pope, Chattahoochee and North Cobb. The top three remained the same with Walton at No. 1. In Class AAAAA, McIntosh is off to a slow 3-4 start and was bumped from No. 1 to No. 4 and Sequoyah takes over the top spot after its undefeated 7-0 start.
Marist retains No. 1 in Class AAAA and moved to 9-0 with sweeps over McIntosh, Walton, Lovett and Columbus on Saturday. Whitewater plunged to No. 10 in the poll after four straight losses. In Class AAA, Westminster has fallen victim to its brutal schedule and dropped from No. 1 after six consecutive starts. Blessed Trinity takes over the top spot and Decatur jumps to No. 4.
Chattooga dropped out of the Class AA poll and Model took over No. 10. In Class A, Hebron Christian was beat by Athens Academy and Eagle’s Landing Christian took over the top spot. Prince Avenue Christian jumped to No. 2 and Athens Academy took over No. 3.
