The Heritage-Conyers baseball team has not experienced the typical success Patriots fans are accustomed to, but Jason Borcherding’s team still welcomed in county rival Salem Wednesday. Prior to the game, Sonic and Score were on hand to honor catcher Jack Reach for his stellar play last week.
Sonic’s Bernard Hall and several of his Sonic crew members presented Reach with the Sonic High School Player of the Week award as the Patriots all stood against the dugout fence, clapping for their catcher/pitcher teammate.
Congratulations to Jack. Sonic is a proud supporter of Georgia high school sports and will be on hand at events all next week, handing out awards for baseball, soccer and lacrosse.
