The 366th episode of the Alfa Insurance “Georgia Prep Sports: Drive for the GHSA State Title” videocast will feature an exclusive interview with LaGrange head football coach Matt Napier to kickoff the hour. Coach Napier is entering his fifth season as head coach of the Grangers and has led the program to state playoff appearances in all four previous years. Additionally, LaGrange joined Valdosta this past season as the only other program in state history to reach the 800-win milestone. The Class of 2024 Georgia High School Football Hall of Fame ballot was released last week and LaGrange will have six players represented among the 100 potential inductees that are eligible for the 30-member class.
Host Craig Sager II will dedicate the entire second segment to the ongoing GHSA Track and Field State Championships. Sager will breakdown all of Thursday’s results and will have live updates from each classification as the Day 2 action gets underway early Friday. Sager will spend the final segment covering the soccer and lacrosse state finals.
