The 19th episode of the “Georgia Prep Sports: From a Distance” video podcast features former Atlanta Braves pitcher Mark Wohlers, who spent 12 seasons in Major League Baseball and was on the mound when the Atlanta Braves clinched the 1995 World Series. Wohlers has four children and will give his view on one of his sons who is pitching at the high school level.
Host I.J. Rosenberg, the president of Score Atlanta, will also have Fulton County athletic director Steven Craft, who has run the athletics department for the state’s fourth largest school system since 2012. Tucker head football coach Bryan Lamar will also join the show as he prepares for his ninth season leading the Tigers where he has won four region titles (2013, 2014, 2016, 2017).
