Lowndes do-it-all athlete Greg Reid spent last week dominating the North-South All-Star game here in Georgia, returning two punts for the game’s only scores. This week, Reid has been dominating the Under Armour All-America game in Orlando, receiving rave reviews from everyone in attendance.
Perhaps the biggest news surrounding Reid, however, was his decision to decommit from the University of Florida late last night. “I was young and crazy. I just want to decommit and look at other schools,” Reid explained to Gatorbait.net yesterday evening.
While the Gators are still in the running, the news certainly bodes well for the University of Georgia, which has been recruiting Reid with particular vigor of late.
