Longhorns over Tide? Bradley picks Texas to win national title

The AJC’s Mark Bradley is going against conventional wisdom by taking Texas to grab the crystal trophy from the favored Crimson Tide. The No. 2′s have had a bit of success recently over the top-ranked teams — they have actually won six of the last seven BCS title games, with only No. 1 USC winning over Oklahoma in 2004 — so it wouldn’t be anything new.
