The 33rd episode of the “Georgia Prep Sports: From a Distance” video podcast features Lee County football coach Dean Fabrizio to discuss his program’s approach to the upcoming season while the coronavirus pandemic ripped through the city of Albany. Fabrizio has been at Lee County since 2009 and led the Trojans to back-to-back Class AAAAAA state championships in 2017 and 2018.
Host I.J. Rosenberg, the president of Score Atlanta, will also have Greater Atlanta Christian boys basketball coach David Eaton on to discuss the addition to a 30-second shot clock in GHSA competitions. Finally, Westminster football’s kicking coach Joe Sturniolo will join the show to talk about the stall of kickers and punters that he has produced at Westminster, including recent Super Bowl winner Harrison Butker.
