Lee County dominated Lowndes Friday night to improve to 6-1 on the season and, as a result, joined the Class AAAAAA top 10. North Gwinnett is back after a two week absence having beaten Peachtree Ridge last week and watching as Lowndes and Camden County dropped out in this week’s poll.
Classes AAAAA, AAAA and AAA saw minor adjustments as ranked teams swapped spots, while in Class AA, Vidalia moved up to No. 2 after edging Benedictine.
In Class A-Private, Brookstone is now ranked No. 10 after replacing Pinecrest Academy. In the Public rankings, Dooly County dropped to No. 10 after losing to Schley County.
