New Centennial football coach Jeffrey Carlberg is quickly putting his fingerprints all over the Knights program, and he has invited Score along for the ride during his first year at the helm. Here are highlights from last week.
The team is working hard in preparation for the season and we are growing anxious for the season to begin. The new uniforms have come in and they look great. We are also planning for our team camp in Alabama next month. The team will camp at Hayden High School on July 15-17. All varsity players will be participating in the camp, and we have also invited the freshmen to go as well, though it is not mandatory for them to attend. It will be a learning experience for the freshmen, so I encourage as many of them to attend as possible.
This is an important time for the team to do some bonding and for the players to work on their football skills. The Centennial community is buzzing with excitement over the upcoming season, and it is important that all of the players continue to develop their skills and their strength by taking advantage of weight training.
