ScoreAtlanta you have the ranking correct for AAAAAA Boy’s. Westlake is clearly the best team in the state this year. Having 4/5 Stars players doesn’t make you the best team. Who would have thought Westlake would get better by subtraction on Tony Bagtas, Andre’ Elam and KeJuan Johnson. A team will win every time over individual play. Go Lions!
Can we get a little love for Portal, and honorable mention or something. We were in the final 4 last year, only lost 3 players from that team and replaced those 3 players with 3 guys 6-2 and up. We beat the defending state champs twice, beat Worth County who split with your 9.Westover, avenged both single A losses we had which means we have beaten every single A team we’ve played, number 1 in the Power Rankings, MaxPreps has us 7th and AJC has us 9th. Well it’s too late now because region tournaments are here and state is next week so recognition doesn’t mean much now but I guess we’ll see you in the final rankings.
