HEADING ELSEWHERE: Quarterback recruit Montana selects UW over UGA

Nick Montana, a top quarterback recruit in the class of 2010 and the son of Hall of Famer Joe Montana, surprised recruiting enthusiasts all around the country today when the 6-2, 177-pound signal caller committed to the University of Washington. 

Montana visited Georgia a few months ago and considered the Bulldogs among his finalists. The California product also had offers from Alabama, Arizona, Florida State, LSU and Ohio State, to name a few.
