In Class AAAAAA, McEachern remains No. 1 after cruising to the Region 4 title. Archer topped Parkview and won its first region championship and earned a No. 2 ranking in the poll. Mountain View took the No. 4 seed out of Region 7 and fell to No. 10 and Norcross moved up five places to No. 4 after winning the Region 7 championship.
In Class AAAAA, Drew jumped Tucker for No. 2 after claiming the Region 4 championship. Osborne, Effingham County and Greenbrier all advanced in the poll with region titles and Hiram was replaced in the top 10 by Northside-Columbus.
In Class AAAA, Cross Creek fell to South Effingham in the region tournament and dropped to No. 4 and Columbus jumped two spots to No. 2 after securing the Region 5 championship over Fayette County.
Beach made a move to No. 4 in Class AAA with its Region 1 title and Sonoraville replaced North Oconee for No. 9 in the poll. Franklin County was replaced by Pike County at No. 10.
The top 5 in Class AA went unscathed in the region tournaments and remains the same, however, debuting in at No. 6 is Region 7 champion Pepperell. Jefferson replaced Bleckley County in the poll and sits at No. 10.
In Class A, St. Francis topped Southwest Atlanta Christian 67-52 in the Region 6 title game and jumped to No. 2. Southwest Atlanta Christian dropped to No. 4 behind George Walton Academy.
