North Cobb’s second huge win in as many weeks vaulted the Warriors into the top five while their latest victim, McEachern, tumbled to No. 6.
In Class AAAAA, South Paulding is back in the top 10 after impressive wins over New Manchester and Hiram.
There were no losses in AAAA so there was no movement there.
In Class AAA, Callaway, Appling County and Elbert County debuted in the top 10 as Elbert beat No. 9 North Oconee, pushing the Titians out, Jefferson County lost for the second week in a row, and Cedar Grove lost to St. Pius X.
Heard County debuted in Class AA, replacing Northeast Macon.
In Class A-Private, there were no changes as no ranked teams lost, while in Class A-Public, ECI returned to the top 10 at No. 8.
