Julian Fraser, the defensive lineman out of Valdosta, is a dominant athlete and a focused student, preparing for his life on and off the field. At 6’2, 245 pounds, he benched 280 pounds and was able to squat 410 pounds at the end of his sophomore year. He has attended multiple college football camps including the University of Florida’s where he won best defensive lineman as well as defensive MVP. He is a defensive lineman, wrestler, track member and NJROTC student, but for the most part he is just a nightmare for offensive players lining up against him.
One thing unique about Julian is his knowledge of computers. He likes to work on computers, getting to know the ins and outs of how they work. He is planning on pursuing a career in video game design because of his love for video games and his knowledge of computers. One program he partakes in his the Ivy Program which is a National Baccalaureate program which is one of the more prestigious programs available. This program is set in place for the most gifted students who want to work to increase their worldly knowledge and prepare for the next stage of their life.
Julian works hard to have success on his field, he works hard to be successful in his future, and he also is working hard to help those around him. He works hard by volunteering at Second Harvest food bank, frequently working at food drives for them. Whenever an opportunity is available for him to help his church he takes advantage. The way Julian put it is, “I’m a high-energy person, I’m the energizer bunny.” One thing that is apparent about Julian is that he is extremely high-energy, however I think he puts the energizer bunny to shame with the amount of work he puts into every aspect of his life. His activities include football, wrestling, track, being an honor roll student, Ivy Program student, volunteering, NJROTC, and the list continues to grow. With his work ethic and drive there’s no reason to believe that Julian can’t excel at any activity he wants to.
