Marlon Brown, a 6-foot-5 wide receiver from Memphis, Tenn., has signed to play football at the University of Georgia. He announced his choice on ESPNU over finalists Tennessee, Ohio State and Mississippi. Brown is the No. 5 wide receiver in the country according to Rivals.com.
