In Class AAAAAAA, Wheeler dropped its third-straight game and was replaced by Milton at No. 8. Lanier and Tucker replaced North Atlanta and South Paulding in Class AAAAAA. In Class AAAAA, Lithia Springs was knocked out of the top 10 by Harris County (15-7). In Class AAAA, Druid Hills snapped Henry County’s 17-game win-streak and made its debut at No. 10.
Morgan County is on top of Class AAA again this week. Greater Atlanta Christian is a very close second and has overtaken the top-spot in several polls. Hart County holds the No. 3 spot this week. Dawson County holds the No. 4 spot with Pace Academy at fifth after falling from fourth last week.
In Class AA, Woodville-Tompkins holds the No. 1 spot again this week. Vidalia and Northeast-Macon are second and third, respectively. Therrell moved from fifth to fourth this week with Glenn Hills climbing from sixth to fifth. Butler, previously fourth, falls to sixth.
Calhoun County maintains its No. 1 ranking again this week in Class A-Public with Hancock Central and Treutlen chasing at second and third. Terrell County is fourth again this week with Wilkinson moving from sixth to fifth. In Class A-Private, St. Francis is the team to beat with Mount Bethel at second again this week. Eagle’s Landing Christian holds the No. 3 spot with Greenforest and Holy Innocent’s making up the top-5.
