Milton junior quarterback Audrey Jensen was 14-of-22 passing for 196 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Eagles to a 33-0 victory over Cherokee.
Jensen’s favorite target was sophomore Caroline Marshall, who had five receptions for 67 yards and two touchdowns. Junior Kylie Parsons made two catches for 81 yards and a touchdown. Sophomore Simone Dennis has two carries for seven yards and one touchdown.
In Milton’s second game, the Eagles trailed 7-0 at the half but rallied to defeat Sequoyah 13-7. Jensen was 16-of-23 passing for 169 yards and two touchdowns – one to Marshall and the other the Alana Calhoun. Milton is 5-1 on the season, including a double-overtime 25-19 victory against Lambert on October 3.
In other girls flag football games – Roswell’s girls flag football led 13-0 after the first quarter and 20-0 at the half in a romp of South Cobb.
