Following two losses, which ended a 52-game winning streak, East Coweta fell from the top to No. 4. Mill Creek debuts at the top of the classification this week. North Gwinnett is second, Grayson holds the No. 3 spot and Lowndes is fifth.
In Class AAAAAA, Allatoona is the top-team again this week following its victory over Kennesaw Mountain on Monday. Second-ranked Coffee got a 2-1 victory over Telfair County on Monday. Third-ranked Houston County, fourth-ranked Alexander and fifth-ranked Creekview round out the top-5.
Chapel Hill is the team to beat in Class AAAA again this week with Central-Carroll again in second place. Marist is third this week, up from fourth last week. Northside-Columbus, which was third last week, is fourth. Heritage-Ringgold holds the No. 5 spot again this week.
Sonoraville debuts at the top of the Class AAA rankings this week following its 2-0 victory over Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe on Monday. Jackson County slides to fifth this week and Calhoun is second with Brantley County, Crisp County and Jackson County chasing.
Rockmart and Monticello are at the top of Class AA again this week, respectively, with Banks County moving to third from sixth. Heard County, previously third, fell to fourth with Dodge County making a move to fifth.
Gordon Lee is the team to beat in Class A-Public with Trion, Marion County, Bowdon and Mt. Zion filling out the top-5. In Class A-Private, Tattnall Square overtook Wesleyan for the top-team. Stratford, First Presbyterian and Mt. de Sales make up the top-5.
