The Tucker Tigers baseball team competes in one of the toughest regions in Class AAAAA, facing squads such as Dunwoody, North Atlanta, Lakeside-DeKalb and Arabia Mountain in Region 6-AAAAA. This season has seen highs and lows for the Tigers, including victories over Luella, Cedar Grove and Central Gwinnett. With the playoffs around the corner, the Tigers are looking to finish the season strong.
Sonic and Score were on hand before Tucker’s game against Miller Grove to recognize junior Aaron Perry as the Sonic High School Player of the Week. Head coach Bobby Gonzalez selected Perry based on his positive attitude, strong playing ability and his versatility. Perry has pitched and played outfield this season for the Tigers.
Congratulations to Aaron. Sonic is a proud supporter of Georgia high school sports and will be on hand this week at high schools across the state to recognize standouts in baseball and lacrosse.
