Player of the Week, November 19 – David Carter, Sprayberry

This four-year varsity starter’s (he put up 1,000 yards rushing each year) high school career is over with the playoff loss to Cedar Shoals, but Carter put up some great games in his senior campaign. The senior running back helped Sprayberry to a Region 7-AAAA title, and also is a key player on the baseball team. He is receiving interest from a number of SEC and ACC schools.
