North Gwinnett placed fourth in the prestigious Maynard Duals, one of the nation’s top wrestling meets as five time defending state champion Collins Hill finished fifth. With the win, North Gwinnett moved up to No. 4 while Collins Hill stayed at No. 2 after going 4-1. Class AA No. 2 Bremen, up from No. 4 last week, beat both Collins Hill and North Gwinnett in the event. GAC moved up in the AA poll to No. 3 after sweeping Rockmart and Johns Creek. Banks County moved up to No. 7 in the Class AAA poll while Mount Zion-Carroll entered the Class A poll at No. 6.
